A.I.S., Inc Warrants to the Original Purchaser that the Shelter or Greenhouse and all associated parts are Free of defects. This Warranty to be Effective from the date of shipment from the Factory for a Period of:
2 years for Standard Material and Frame
5 years for Heavy Duty UV FR Material.
15 year prorated warranty materials are also available.

If this shelter/greenhouse or any associated parts are found to be defective or missing at the time of receipt, A.I.S. will have it repaired replace, at it's option, the defective parts at no charge to the original purchaser. Replacement parts or repaired parts shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
* All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
* Parts and replacements will be sent C.O.D.
* You must save the original packaging materials for shipment back.
* All claims must have a copy of original receipt.
What Is Not Covered By This Warranty:
• Damage that occurs during shipping must be reported within 48 Hours to Customer Service to qualify for warranty.
• Shelter has been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, vandalism, negligence, misuse, abrasive contact, faulty installation, lack of reasonable care or if affixed to any attachment not provided with the shelter.
• Zippers due to damage from acts of nature, abrasion or wear.
• Normal and foreseeable wear and tear.
• Shelter or Greenhouse NOT installed according to the instructions provided.
• Sending pictures in no way puts A.I.S., Inc. at fault for any damage that may or may not occur.
• Wear of fabric due to improper installation of cover and doors.
• Damage that occurs due to acts of nature, ie. hurricane, tornado, wind, flood, snow, wind driven debris, etc.
• Labor and Installation Fees of any kind are not refundable under the warranty or 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
• 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for Standard Shelters and Greenhouses only (shelters without clear top panels and within size range of 10' wide to 24' wide).
• 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on Regular Hobby Greenhouses w/Standard Poly & Zipper Door.
• NO Returns on Commercial Greenhouse Frames or Professional Greenhouse Systems.
• Custom Orders — Shelters made with Vinyl Material, Special Sizes or Designs Including Clear Top Panels, Windows, or Any Design that Requires Cutting into the Cover are Subject to a 30% Re-stocking Fee.
• ALL shipping and handling must be paid for by customer.
All other guarantees, warranties, conditions or representations, either expressed or implied, whether arising under statute, common law, commercial usage or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall seller be liable to any person, firm or corporation for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether for breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation, or otherwise, and whether resulting in lost profits, loss of interest in money borrowed or invested, impairment of goods, work stoppage, or otherwise, in any way arising out of any transaction to which these standard terms apply.
